Its BLUME - Pumpkin Spice Blend Review

As we’ve had to clear the alcohol out of the house, due to me being pregnant, we’ve been looking for healthy ways we can both indulge in a satisfying treat at the end of the day. With these long winter days only getting colder and longer, we looked towards caffeine-free hot drinks!

We found the answer to all our hopes in Blume products!

Their drinks are all:

  • Vegan

  • Relatively caffeine-free

  • Free of refined sugar

On top of that, all their mixes have some kind of health benefit! We thought we might as well indulge in drinks that are giving back to our health rather than taking from it.

Hence why Blume’s pumpkin spice blend is such a perfect guilt-free seasonal drink!

How to make a Blume Pumpkin Spice Latte

  1. Mix 1 flat tsp of Blume Pumpkin Spice Blend with a splash of boiling water, mixed well! I like to use a mini whisk to really blend it all together. Optionally, add a bit of sweetener at this step, mix well.

  2. Heat 1 cup of vegan milk or Blume Adaptogenic Milk (Click here to see our review!)

  3. Add milk to the hot water/ pumpkin spice blend mixture. Hold foam back with a spoon until the end to top your latte.

  4. Add a dash of cinnamon on top!

  5. ENJOY!

***NOTE***This can also be served cold.
After adding your pumpkin spice mix with a splash of hot water and mixing it very well, add a few ice cubes to your glass. Proceed to top with your favorite vegan milk or Blume’s Adaptogenic Milk!

Blume Pumpkin Spice Blend Latte Review

Right off the bat, this does not taste like your typical PSL from a chain cafe.

This is actually good news though! Compared to your approximately 50 grams of sugar in a regular PSL, we’re dealing with 1 gram of sugar per cup thanks to Blume!

It doesn’t taste like your typical pumpkin spice latte, and it isn’t trying to.

It tastes like a lovely pumpkin spice blend, with a hint of sweetness, that helps satisfy that PSL craving while giving you incredible organic natural ingredients that are good for you.

It doesn’t taste very strong, but it is reminiscent of a PSL.

It is very well balanced with no one spice overpowering the other.

We recommend trying it with a tiny touch of maple syrup and a shot of espresso!
