A bit about me:

  1. I say that my favorite food is sushi, but in reality it is a juicy, creatively topped burger.

  2. I don’t eat typical ‘snacks’. My snack is eating a small meal like a good sandwich, wrap, or soup.

  3. I’m not a smoothie person despite being plantbased! I would choose something savory over a smoothie 9 times out of 10.

  4. I’m really bad at eating fruits and I’m working on it.

  5. I have a rescue dog that is super cute, terrified of most things, and terrifies most people with her loud scary bark. Bless her heart!

  6. I love eating all the veggies, but I am someone that really craves certain flavors from my old way of eating! I made this blog because I figured there were other people out there like me! There are probably lots of new plantbased people that are wondering how they can find variety in a plantbased diet and squash their seafood, meaty, cheesy cravings at the same time. If that is you, I am here for you!

  7. On top of that, I’m also someone that always has a financial plan (budget). There are things I want to save for in the future, such as travel or retirement! I fight the battle of avoiding expensive delivery systems all the time. This blog explores recipes that can fulfill your cravings as well as cheap, yet healthy, ready made options for the days we’re all just too lazy to bother.

  8. My parents live in Greece and I wish I could visit them more often! I don’t speak Greek but I’m trying to learn Arabic right now.
